The jump roping and log jump are great for coordination and actually will start your heart beating pretty hard if you stay with it. All in all, I think this is one of my favorites that we bought because it gets your body moving, is easy to switch between family members (as long as you don't care what the person looks like that you're playing with), and the games are simple enough to figure out easily. My kids (9, 6, and 4) all love to play it. They can compete against each other, or work as a team (which I love). In the teamwork mode they receive a score based on how well they work together. We had 8 kids here the other night, and although it's a 1-2 person game, all 8 kids were jumping up and down and leaning left or right as if they were all playing. This game really gets your heart pumping and you may break a sweat. In fact, I even like playing this and I am not a gamer. Great family fun!
